Teledyne EMS has embarked on a Journey of Continuous Improvement to offer Customers Higher Quality, Lower Cost and Improved Reliability in their Products.

To achieve this goal, a Lean Culture has been established that focuses on Elimination of Waste in all areas. Cross-functional Teams have mapped Current State and Future State Maps of Process Flows and follow-up workshops have implemented the changes. Results have included:
